Onion poultice
Ingredients
– 4 to 6 onions
– Apple vinegar
– 1 napkin
– 1 piece of wool cloth
– paper towel
Preparation
– Chop the onions finely. Cook them in 1 teaspoon of vinegar until they become translucent. Place them on a paper towel and then put them in a cloth.
Dosage
Caution: it is difficult to position!
– Before positioning the poultice, cover eyes with a piece of wet and wrung out cotton wool. Then place the poultice over the sinuses and the nose. Before beginning, don’t forget to put the cloth between the poultice and the skin to avoid burns. As soon as the temperature drops, you can remove the cloth between the poultice and the skin. Leave for several hours.
