Marigold infusion
Ingredients
- 1 to 2 gr of dried marigold
- 1 cup of water
Preparation
– Heat water to boiling and then pour it over the marigold
– Let it stand for about ten minutes (in order to obtain an effective dose of the active substances)
Dosage
For external use (athlete’s foot): use in a foot bath
For internal use (ringworm or thrush): drink 1 cup 3 times a day
Shelf life
24 hours.
