Feverfew tea
Ingredients
– For one cup of feverfew tea:
– Up to 1/3 teaspoon (50 mg to 1.2 grams) of dried feverfew flowers or leaves
– Around 6.76 fl. oz. (200 mL) of water
Preparation
– Heat water to boiling and then pour it over the feverfew flowers.
– Infuse for about ten minutes (in order to obtain an effective dose of the active ingredients)
Dosage
– Drink one feverfew tea 3 times a day.
