– For digestive problems or problems sleeping

Ingredients
Lemongrass tea

– For one cup of lemongrass tea, use:

– 2/5 teaspoon (2 grams) of dried lemongrass leaves

– Around 6.76 fl. oz. (200 mL) of water

* You can buy dried lemongrass leaves at the pharmacy.

Preparation

– Heat water to boiling then pour it over the dried lemongrass leaves

– IInfuse for about ten minutes (in order to obtain an effective dose of the active ingredients)

Dosage

– Drink a cup several times a day for digestive disorders or a cup once in the evening before bedtime for sleeping problems.
