Use

– For coughs (chesty cough)

Cowslip tea

Ingredients

– For one cup of *cowslip tea, use:

– Around 1/3 to 1/2 teaspoon (1.5 to 2 grams) of dried cowslip flowers

– Around 6.76 fl. oz. (200 mL) water

* You can buy cowslip flowers at the pharmacy or you can collect them directly from their natural habitat in the springtime.

Cowslip tea

Preparation

– Heat water to boiling and then pour it over the dried cowslip flowers.

– Infuse for about ten minutes (in order to obtain an effective dose of the active ingredients)

Dosage

– Drink a cup of cowslip tea once or twice a day.
